Dr. Richard Diana is rude and condescending. He made his own assumption by seeing that I was brought in by a wheelchair, that I obviously have chosen to not walk. He said that people with Fibula fractures weight bear and he acted as if he couldn’t why I wasn’t weight bearing. I also have a sprained ankle. A sprain that is extremely painful. It is black and blue and swollen. You can not weight bear on a sprained ankle! It is impossible! Just Google that Dr. Diana and you can learn about it. Due to his “advice” I attempted to weight bear and move around my apartment more than I ever should have. I am now paying for it. My ankle is twice the size and any progress I had made is gone. Had the good doctor asked me about myself, how active I am, and anything about my environment, he would have learned that I am an extremely active woman who has to climb 40 steps to get to my apartment. He didn’t find that out because he didn’t ask. Do not waste your time with this doctor.

Starting with establishing an appointment, through the process steps in between, leading to the in-person consultation with Dr. Diana, all was an excellent experience.

Dr Diana is completely bi-polar. He’s rude. He lies. Treats you as you do not matter. I’m 2 yrs into the Dr and I’m switching to a different practice. My shoulder has been in pain for 2 years. I told him how upset I was over the over the pain and he don’t be. I said I can’t even open the car door. He said use the other arm. I’d post more details but I don’t want my identity to be known. This has been a terrible experience. No bedside manner. Condescending. Rude. Bi-polar. Drive by ortho care. Awful. Run from this crazy Dr.

Dr Diana is a very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, sarcastic, arrogant, belittling, unknowledgeable, no bedside manner! From experience don’t go to this idiot!!
