Love the Telehealth staff!

This is by far the worse place I have been to. I took my 2 month old there for his check up and I was literally the only one there is was forever! The doc was rude and left me in the room waiting for an hr! Didn’t help my 2 month old for his cold! Then called today cause his cough is getting worse! And again on hold for 25 mins and I’m still waiting for a call back now that they closed!!!! The worse is never bring my kids to this place!

Rude people especially the front counter they want to do telehealth you really can’t diagnose a patient over the phone very unprofessional I’m a front line worker and I choose to be one. with all this covid if there so scared why work there get up and get out and get another job the doctors there don’t care they only want the money and the front desk workers find urself a man be happy if u don’t like ur job don’t be rude just because people have state insurance don’t mean u can treat them any different. Such a bad doctors office

Glenda Rodriguez was amazing from the call center , she thoroughly helped and cared for my aunts situation . she was amazing and stayed on the phone with us until our situation was figured out . ❤❤

My primary care physician is the best I have ever had. Who knew I would find such a great doctor at a clinic. Ni matter how busy she is she always gets back to me at least by message and takes care of any issue I may have even now with the covid-19 pandemic. I couldnt recommend a better place to go for your primary care but do not go there if you are looking for help with a mental illness the psychiatrist if you can call him that is a joke! He showed up to one of my appointments in Harry Potter robes and it was not even close to halloween.he is very unprofessional he doesn't listen doesn't care how you feel or how the meds are affecting you. Once he has made up his mind thats it even if the medication and himself is hurting more than their helping. Plus getting your medication on time with the right instructions is like pulling teeth from him. I have had to have other doctors step in and call my medication in over a dozen times even my pharmacist is tierd of dealing with him. I am stuck with him due to covid-19 and he is the only doctor or nurse that can prescribed that type of medication. Any type of mental illness go somewhere else. Other than that the staff nurses and all the others that keep that place running are great they go so far out of their way to make sure everything is done on time and the right way. I find myself talking to the nurses more than almost anyone else because they really care whats going on with you and how they can help or send you in the right direction for help. Besides the one guy in the mental health area I give CHC a A++ and would recommend it to anyone.

It's taken 5 years to find a physician at my CHC (Waterbury, CT) that actually listens to me. When it comes to their mental health dept,you're way better off finding counseling and medication elsewhere (especially medication, no matter how depressed a patient is, it takes approximately 6 mths to actually get a prescription) .Although the building itself is in great condition, unfortunately the receptionists haven't yet learned how to be personable. And last but not least if you like unruly kids running around you, you'll be right at home now that it's more of a pediatrics practice. This is what I get for having Medicare 🙄.

My Wife called to verify my appointment and they were extremely rude im a new patient to these ppl this makes me not even want to go there. They tell her that they cant give her the time of my appointment cuz she was not me.. but yet she made my appointment.. the lady who answered realy needs to be fired she talk so rude and disrespectful on the phone
