If I could give a zero I would. We waited for 3 hours for an appointment we made. They called people who came in after us. They were so disorganized. Never again!!!!! I wish I wld have read the reviews that Dr. Ro was a nut!!!!!! A medical doctor who doesn’t believe in medication!!!!! His recommendation note wasn’t even charted when we left. I had to wait to get his recommendations in writing. He went on to see other patients before writing our note. Does he take care of several patients before he stops to write a patient note???? He proceeded to say that ‘doctors joke to themselves, about patients, see you later because they know they are giving antibiotics and it will make you sicker. ‘ An unbelievable experience!!!! & I have worked with doctors for over 25 years now and never met one like this one. Receptionist/ medical assistant was pleasant, kind and very professional.

I am having serve eye pain. Eye watering. Sensitive to light. I needed to see a doctor. I went into this office, and they said it would be by teleheath. How can a doctor treat me with looking into my eye. You go into an urgent care to see a doctor, and you can't see a doctor. Why be open?

Absolute terrible service what’s the point of making a appointment when the idiots sit behind the desk and talk instead of filing our paperwork? Don’t suggest this place waited 2 hours they finally took me right before they closed

Don't go for anything that might be a disease. Dr. Ro is an antivaxxer/ COVID conspiracy guy, so for a broken toe he's probably fine, but if he needs to know how germs work to treat you, go somewhere else. The nurses were excellent.

Dr. "Ro" is very unprofessional and lacks bedside manner. Came in with complaints of respiratory symptoms and he doesn't even listen to lung sounds. Spent about 2 mins in the room and didn't even suggest medication to take to ease symptoms. Waited 2 and half hours for 2 mins of his time and a strep swab. Only positive was the receptionist and medical assistant were great.

Receptionists are incredibly condescending and disrespectful. Disgusting behavior. I’m only giving three stars because Dr. Ro is fantastic! Really great friendly doctor!
