Bad service the won’t help me with anything I just paid my money but I never get any help
Don't waste your time. They never have a doctor or even a mid-level on site.
I went to this office last week, not for a serious issue but for something that was an annoyance. My appointment was scheduled for 6:40 PM. I got there was seen by the doctor at 7:15 PM. I then waited for them to do bloodwork that the doctor said he wanted to do for what I came in. I waited and heard the doctor going in and out of other patient's rooms, and before I knew it, it was 7:55 PM and the office closed at 8 PM. I went out of the room and up to the front desk and asked about my bloodwork. The receptionists looked and said, 'the doctor didn't put in any order for bloodwork.' Then one of the receptionists tell me I would've needed to come back the next day for the bloodwork. I was not happy. So the receptionists told the doctor what happened and the doctor forgot that I was there, let alone to order the bloodwork because there were other emergencies. They ended up taking my blood rushed because at this point it was after hours. The whole visit was absolutely unprofessional and I will never be going here again. Fast forward to today and I get a phone call that one of my bloodwork came up elevated indicating something potentially serious. I'm seeing another doctor for a second opinion, but I don't believe anything from this office due to my experience.
I've only lived in Waterbury for 6 months so when I got sick three times in the last few months, I listened to all the nurses and doctors I work with. Everyone highly recommended this clinic and I can see why! Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. This is true whether the "provider" is physically in the clinic or seeing me virtually. I would give it 10 stars if that were an option!
Took my mother here for a rash. The building itself is in disrepair. Only one other patient was in the waiting room and they went in before us. The walls are so thin I could hear all about his STD and how his ex gave it to him( poor guy). Also there was no doctor available to look at my mother so they had to inspect the rash virtually with a tablet. When they moved us to a room we waited for over a hour to be seen. Although the staff was friendly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was having a really bad day and my son was really sick...they were just really nice and had a healing nature...I was really grateful for that...yomara, marceia, Mariah were professional but had a bedside manner you don't see anymore..thanyou to docs urgent care and the people who still care...sincerely jason.
Booked an appointment for my son at 6pm. I get there and I am told that there’s no doctor in the office and the visit would be virtual. Get put in a room and more than an hour passes and still not been seen. I end up leaving and I’m told there’s 3 people ahead of me. First how do you check a child’s throat virtually and determine if he has strep. 2nd it’s ridiculous that if I have an appointment that I still have to wait over an hour. I understand they can be running late but over an hour is ridiculous. Staff was friendly but I don’t think I will be going back there again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
