Awesome therapists! We are extremely pleased with the care & attention received for my 6 year old! The PT & OT therapists are the best! Very knowledgeable & deeply passionate about what they do! Miss Jen & Miss Rachel have made a world of difference in my little girl’s ability to achieve her goals in each plan of care. The team continues to challenge her with new goals with fun & interactive activities! Miss Lois & Miss Maria in the office are great & so easy to work with! You have all become part of our family! Thank you to the entire team!

Son is now 7 yrs old been with the company since he was 4 or 5 yrs for O.T and P.T. and the experience is always wonderful. The staff is patient, caring, and always committed to being able to help us. I even came in for P.T. after my car accident and all the staff treated me and educated me every step of the way. I love them and everything they have done for our family.Thank you Scott, Rachel, Jennifer, Lynne, Louis, and Maria for everything!

My son receives physical therapy (Rachel) and occupational (feeding) (Lynn) I have seen so much progress in the short amount of time that he has been receiving treatment. Wonderful therapist, I recommend 100%!

Lol this place is trash for speech therapy. The lady has English as a second language or something. I can barely understand her so I know my son can’t. I removed my kid from there and sent him somewhere better.

I've used Access on 3 separate occasions and each time the therapists were terrific. My reason for the low rating is their insurance/payment policy. The first two times I was told that insurance would pay and it did. The third time I was told the same thing but well after I left therapy I received a bill for the portion that Medicare didn't pay. My insurance hadn't changed. When I called their billing department I was told, "We no longer submit to your insurance company." So, I submitted their bill, was reimbursed a portion of the Access bill and sent it to Access. Today I received a letter from a collection agency. So, bottom line, before you use these guys you'd best get in writing whatever they say.
