Never keep on time all ways delay I went 3.05 pm she said come 3pm and sign front desk display if you arrival after 15 mints nobody call you ask them I ask so many time she said thy will call you call you until 3.48 pm thy didn’t call me after I went to see dental doctor he from China 🇨🇳 he’s name couldn’t remember me he’s nice guy he said front desk thy doing appointments my point thy are hungry of money wasting ppl time management should talk to these ppl Very bad customer care and take long time after sign the papers to see doctors thy are very rude management very poor to handle this cases and thy can’t do anything’s thy need money money 💰 $ 💵 💵 all ways I complain so many time to management but nothings happen even called Mayour office n states thy all ways take my name n number thy said we will take care your complain until doesn’t took any action to president of USA to you view Just now I spoke to nurse Staywell south main st she was very rude hang up the phone like slap in face ??

Better staff & doctors who listen. Been needing an allergy appointment due to my sudden health related reasons. I followed up to ask what the delay was; They replied saying i have to wait for a call back nothing they can do.They still haven't contacted me its been 2 months. Still trying …So many more incidents occurred where possibly my patient rights have potentially been violated & or have been violated. Do not recommend this health center at all especially for people of color.

They changed the location of my appointment without notifying me. I showed up on time to the location I have been to every other time for my dental and was told that my appointment was at a different location that I have never been to. I immediately left and went to the other location but there I was told that I was 'late' and could not be seen. These people have no common decency that they did not inform me of the change. I guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader but the fact that they wouldn't accommodate me for being a few minutes late as I had to drive to another location, then did not even know where to go in the building is ridiculous.

They were very nice and I recieved great care.

This place has many problems. A couple or so months ago i needed to have them call in a script. Pharmacy said they faxed called,etc. No response from dr. Nurse. Leave message,nothing. I was running out of a medicine i NEED every day !. When i finally heard that my medicine was finally called in i called office. They said they never received any calls from the pharmacy. Pharmacy was no pleased. I've been talked to buy a nurse who spoke to me like your reprimand a child. If i could give no stars i would. Someone has to step in. This place is aweful !

They take for ever

I absolutely hate this place and i dislike the word hate my son had an appointment for 3:15 i signed in at 2:30 and still been waiting well after 3:40 the lady at the front desk crossed his name off and never called him smh they called all the Hispanics in first they are racist ..i will be returning all my kids back to phenoix ave staywell ....i will never recommend this place unless you are Spanish! I only have 2 stars cause the Drs are good
