Staywell Health Center's Online Review Report Card

Waste of time even with a pcp or an emergency. Had cervical radiculopathy in August for 34 days straight. Pain was absolutely brutal to the point where over the counter meds did little to no help. Begged and pleaded my pcp at the time for help and both times I got told no. The nurse herself said that it could've been something muscular before I found out what it was and I was still denied help. Just now I'm dealing with the flu and like before I was denied any help. Just now got called from this Staywell and just got told that the emergency room wouldn't do anything to help me either. They don't do walk ins so if you have an emergency don't bother, no one will help you.

Told an expecting mother that the baby might have split spine syndrome and never scheduled her sonogram to confirm so. Horrible place. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU'RE PREGNANT.

I am very satisfied with the service I received, I was very well attended by Mrs. Kathy Bonilla, she likes the work she does, I believe that's why she does it so well. Thank you very much.

I was moving to north haven & needed my newborn information & they gave me someone else’s information which has there address,d.o.b, & social security & etc. I’m extremely furious because this could’ve been my sons Information getting put out there . & if I was someone else I could’ve used there social security. When I called they tried telling me that they were trying to help me out & that they weren’t even suppose to give me my sons info right then & there which made it worse. I reported them to the police. If you want your child’s info safe don’t go here. I also had my own appointment here which I tried rescheduling multiple times because I was moving & they told me I had to come in because that was the only date they had this month . When I came in they told me I wasn’t suppose to be seen til the following month. They are just unprofessional

Great experience getting vaccinated! Everyone was wonderful and continually checked in on me to ensure that there were no negative side effects afterward.

Shady service. Hidden fees. I have call multiple times asking to speak to the supervisor for the last 5 months but no one returns my calls. Don’t go there.

Poor service, disorganized, I would not trust with your personal health information.

I used to love my doctor here, Lindsay Marr im not sure what happened with her but my experience with Staywell has been awful since i lost my favorite primary. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago because I thought i had bronchitis and I needed more rescue inhalers for my asthma. I went to my appointment just to be turmed away because of my symptoms which are some of the same symptoms seen in covid patients they never let me know previously that I needed a negative covid test to visit my doctor. My symptoms line up with me being athsmatic I have no other symptoms of covid nor do i have a fever. I will be switching my primary because this is crazy. Its unbelievable that I couldnt even be prescribed more rescue inhalers even though this office knows I have asthma. My overall experience with this place has been awful. Theyd let you die on their steps.
