When I first walked in I wasn't greeted very nicely or at all so I wasn't sure how it would go from here. Blonde front desk staff member did not smile once. She acted like my answer to her question made no sense and cut me off instead of asking me to explain. However, once I was brought back by the x ray tech, I believe her name Ioly, who was also clearly playing the role of medical assistant for the day my visit started to turn around. From the start she greeted me with a smile and asked how I was. She could tell I was nervous and she calmed me down right away with her kind words. She went above and beyond in my eyes. It doesn't take much to just be nice. She even called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling. That was totally unexpected. She truly cared and it showed in many ways. If I could I would nominate her for employee of the year! The provider I saw was Michelle. She too right away saw I was nervous about my asthma flare up and comforted me right away by assuring me I was in the right place and she was going to help me. I got my breathing treatment as expected and a course of steroids which I did not expect an urgent care to give me. I was beyond relieved. On my way out I said bye and thank you to front desk staff and again got no smile or words from the two women sitting there.

Staff was great at the 3801 E. Main Street location. While I really wasn’t feeling well the online appointment process was painless and I arrived a few minutes early and was seen on time. The staff listened to me and prescribed meds for me to get well again. Someone on the staff called the next day to follow up. This location was spotless, easy to find and fast in and out. I definitely will use this Urgent Care location again.

Everybody was very nice and friendly. We were in and out very quickly. I love this urgent care and I always recommend it to anybody that needs to go to an urgent care.

I just want to say Thank You for attending to my recent health event. The front end staff and the PA were both knowledgeable and professional. They planned a course of care, and I have gotten much better. Thanks again!
