List of Trudy R Olofinboba Md's Reviews
Dr. Trudy is awesome. She is very thorough and is a good listener to your thoughts and concerns.
because of medication no one wanted to remove my cataract she did and I see very well out of that eye.
Dr. Wong's office appears to be closed and I don't know where my medical records went! Very disappointed - I at least expected a letter informing me she was closing her practice! Now what?????
Has been my doctor for most of her time here. Spends plenty of time with me and answers all questions.
Her fast responses in case of serious condition were way above my expectation. Outstanding is an understatement.
My insurance pays 100% for lab work, Dr. and/or staff did not send lab test to the right lab and I had to pay full amount. They set an appt 6 months out and they called on the morning I was supposed to come in, but did not call work (where I was). Staff suggested I lied about leaving a message instead of assuming that something went wrong with the technology. Staff/Dr. made assumptions about my motivations instead of asking questions. Dr. used the tactic of threat instead of reasoning to motivate me.
Dr.Wong took me in when i needed a good doctor as soon as possible. Doctors i saw previously never had time for me. I would get a PA or nurse, but never the doctor. I was in and out of the hospital with no sure cure of my problem. I told her everything i went through, she was kind and understanding. She ordered lab test and found out i had a problem with my thyroid. I began to feel better and finally began to lose weight. I appreciate Dr Wong a lot and as far as her staff they are nice of course like any place one gets hired that you trust to be kind but fall through the loop. People can pretend to be nice when they need a job bad enough it is something that happens but don't blame the whole staff or the Doctor!
Dr.wong is a horrible docter she talks way to fast during my visits is rude when i dont understandt she looks at me like i am stupid she treats her staff like crap i even seen an elderly patient come out crying because she was so mean to her.i would not recomend any one work for her or have her as a docter.she goes through employees like crazy, her office is cluttered.be wear of the so called docter.
outstanding
I started seeing Dr Wong about 5 months ago (I've seen her 3 times). Each time I had to wait approx. 20 minutes to see her (even though no one else was in the waiting room). Her bedside manner is a bit cold. She even laughed at me when I was telling her about symptoms I was having. My breaking point was when she received my lab results on my thyroid (they were very low). Rather than calling in a new script, she said I had to go in and see her. I could not afford to go in for yet another visit. Her staff told me I would have to pay for the results if I wanted them. So I went in ready to pay for my results (they ended up not charging me). The front office gals were very cold and did not handle the situation nicely. The office gal then handed me my results and said that I should find another doctor because Dr Wong doesn't do care over the phone. Well my results indicated that I needed a new prescription of which Dr Wong was not willing to do. I guess my health wasn't worth the call.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
