Dr Boisoneau took care of my elderly mother. He was very knowledgeable, dry kind and incredibly patient. The office staff was just as kind. They fired my mom in on the same day because she was in pain.

Dr Boiseneau has been my ENT for years. Always pleasant, informed and easy to talk with.Only negative in Mystic was his “robot like” receptionist Irma who didn’t put her mask on. Everyone else in the office was wearing one.

I left my apt with my six year old son with more questions. His doc was ordering medicine for him I didn’t even have a clue as to what it was. When I left I had to do online research to figure out what everything was. My personal opinion is their not very personable there what so ever. He had a follow up apt and I found a new doc! I’ll never go back there again.

Dr Boisoneau is too quick to write off patient questions and concerns, or to say it is not in his specialty, and to discharge patients without any follow-up advice or referral. I have had this experience on more than one occasion with him. I do not plan to return to him, and do not recommend him.

Dr. Boisoneau is the ultimate professional. He is down to earth, assuring, very bright and gives you a great deal of confidence in his abilities. I already recommend him to anyone who asks!

Been a patient for over 10-years. Excellent practitioner. Cares about you as a person. Excellent clinically. Trust him completely. He did my sinus surgery 2-years ago; this was after waiting 8-years to do it. He was so patient with me; just kept saying you'll decide to have when you are ready. He even suggested I go to another ENT doctor for an opinion. Finally, my frequent infections got so bad, I decided to have surgery; he was great and did an excellent job. Highly recommend him.
