Dr. Volkin is an intelligent and thorough physician. He was very patient and pleasant. He explained all aspects of my care/procedures prior to treatment. His staff is well-trained and also patient with procedures. I highly recommend him for Uro-Genital problems.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Volkan two weeks ago, and a follow up today 3/16/22. Lucky find for me!! He is a great Doctor!! He explained everything that was going on, explained every procedure and answered every question I had. It was so nice to have a Doctor who was not rushing to get to his next patient! I highly recommend anyone who needs a Urologist to call him at Hartford Healthcare in Waterford!!!!

This guy is great. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Volkin and have him operate on me. He expressed genuine concern and interest in me as a patient and as a person, quickly gaining my confidence. Dr. Volkin exudes professional competence and the results of my procedure speak highly of his exceptional ability. Too bad there is not a "Five Diamond" rating, he certainly would rate it.

I will say is the finest medical practitioner I ever met. Very welcoming, comforting and expirenced. He takes time to explain your medical conditions to you to the hilt. He is a life saver. Will recommend him at anytime.
