I am in the military and have been trying to see this doctor for the last two weeks. The receptionist is absolutely awful. She is rude, combative and speaks over you. I have had Tricare fax my referral while I was still on the phone with then now 3 times. I even told them I am willing to pay for my 1st doctor visit out of pocket and yet the receptionist spoke over me and denied me. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager was conveniently not in. I asked where the referral goes when it is faxed and if I could speak to them, the receptionist could not explain to me who does it or get me to the right people. She just kept talking over me repeating the referal has not come in yet. I hear Karina is great but the receptionist is about to make her lose business. As an active duty military member trying to get Healthcare, it should not be this difficult.

I had my first appointment with Dr Szczepanczyk today and I left feeling confident that I will finally have answers as to what is going on with my health. Her beside manners are impecable! She listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions. I am impressed with her professionalism and respect for me as a patient. I highly recommend Dr Szczepanczyk!
