She was very dismissive and unhelpful. I was a patient for a total of a month before she discharged me as a patient after the PT she referred me to did not help (and she would not listen to how it made me worse than when I had started). She said that was all she could do to help me and would have hung up on me without so much as a good bye until I pointed it out to her. I would have expected more from a professional who gas been in the field for as long as her.

Absolutley unhelpful. Was her patient for all of a month before she quit on me. All she offered was PT that worsened my condition and she dismissed me without so much as asking how my pain was or anything. She would have hung up on me if I didn't point out that she hadn't even had the courtesy of saying 'good bye'. For someone with as much experience as her, I would have at least expected a little more professionalism, if not effort.
