This place has gone down hill by far. It’s absolutely horrible when you need anything it’s like pulling teeth from the employees, but they’re quick to overcharge you behind your back. I needed a prescription approved for a chronic disease and every time I call them they run me around circles. To literally sign a peice of paper is taking them weeks to approve a prescription to treat a chronic disease. I’ve literally been suffering for months and no one in the office seems to care at all. Everytime I call they tell me the person that handles “those things” are coming in the next day and they’ll give me a call. It’s been a week and they haven’t. The management at this place is horrible if you need anything done you have to make a scene this place is pathetic stay away people.
Stay away. Auto charged my HSA bc they made us put the card on file, then charged $35 nsf per charge AND ONLY THEN sent a bill to us. 3 times now. We have plenty of money and I pay all our bills on time, we just don't have HSA balance. Ought to be illegal practice to do this to patients.
I was seen by the physician for an allergy test and he was in the room for literally ONE minute because he was in a rush to head out to plans he had. (I overheard) I was then charged over $500 for this visit when I had BCBS which should have covered everything. These people only care about MONEY not how they can help. OH! & I was told to buy an over the counter nose spray to keep up with all my allergies. LOL no other solutions. just that.... i would never recommend this place or go back. EVER. If I could give zero stars i would
My experience with Asthma and allergy center has been great until recently this incident happened. My child is coughing, and has a runny nose and eyes, possibly related to asthma/allergy symptoms. The pediatrician suggested seeing an allergy doctor. However, when I tried to make an appointment for my son with the Asthma center, I was told by the scheduling staff, Sam(female), my child would not be allowed to come in to be seen in person if he is coughing, and we have to schedule a telehealth appointment. But coughing is one of the major symptoms of asthma and allergies. I clearly state I refuse the telehealth appointment because it won't help him. The doctor can't even listen to his lung sounds or perform any allergy tests. I refused the appointment. However, on October 26th, I received a phone call stating we have an appointment on that day. I was shocked I didn't know we had make that appointment, and I didn't get any notification prior to that appointment until that morning. The center charged me $50 for NO SHOW. I was frustrated because I clearly state my son doesn't need a telehealth appointment. We are not able to make any more appointments until we pay the No Show fee. I called them twice to explain the situation, and nobody listens, and the supervisor was always not around. They stated they contact me via call phone and home phone prior to the appointment. But I didn't see any record in my phone and homophone, and I have never confirmed the appointment. I am very disappointed with this organization. We have been patients seen by Dr. Hernanders and Olivia for so many years, they are excellent physicians. Unfortunately, we won't go again due to poor management and no caring for patients. There is even no compliance contact if patients have any complaints. The physicians are excellent, but the staff members and management are poor. Not recommend.
went here 7 years ago, i LOVED it.
I can only recommend dr Ihionkhan herbal products if you have a critical health issues and this are his contacts for help! Email: drihionkhan@gmail.com WhatsApp: https://wa.link/5th31g and +2348161883054 And i want you all to know that the claims by some medical doctors that says Herpes is not curable that's untrue. This herbal doctor cured me from herpes and also cured a friend of HIV. he ship two bottles of his herbal products to me an told me to drink it for 28days, before i finished taken the medicine the symptoms going off gradually and no more outbreaks, waited for months if there will be a reoccurrence as usual an there was non, gone for testing an the result tested negative. did another test weeks ago the result still negative. Thank Dr Ihionkhan herbal home.

Finally get through was given a date and time for a week from the date Turns out they booked next day spoke with someone to fix was told it was all set.I am at location waiting for a call to go in.I called 45 min before appt to see check in process Turns out they didnt fix schedule ,person on phone had me on hold for 35 mim to no avail because i couldnt be seen.Told I missed my appt when I didnt and spoke with someone and I am being quesioned like I did something wrong.Never coming here horrible experie ce.Horrible planning a
Dr. Lee and his entire staff are friendly, thorough and effective. I've never had an issue with an appointment or refill.
I am disappointed with this healthcare provider. They clearly do not have their clients needs and health in mind. It’s all about numbers and money to them. Prior to an appointment I had given them my health insurance info and had them check how much my visit was going to cost. Mind you I have a high deductible insurance plan as I had indicated, the office gave me a dollar amount In which I agreed to make an appointment. Once processed through my insurance they had charged 5 times the actual pricing and my insurance adjusting for the allowed plan, leaving me with a hefty bill. I would never had chosen to make the appointment if they had been upfront with their charges. They were not so kind when I tried to make a payment plan. I would consider not choosing this healthcare provider if your insurance does not pay the entire visit. There is no financial assistance or empathy from them. They just want their money.
My experience with CT Ashma and allergy has been mixed but my overall rating is poorer and I would absolutely not recommend them. Good: My first visit with the doctor was really good. Took time to discuss. She was polite and professional. Some of the staff are okay. Polite professional. The nurses that have provided my shots have always been polite and professional but I do not do them very friendly. Bad: Poor coordination between locations. I only go to one site so not sure why I had to fill out applications twice cause they said they did not have them. Later they apologized and indicated the other site never shared with this site. Aggravating for me. Poor communications with patient. Phone message says to wait in parking lot if you have an appointment and they will call you when they are ready. 10 minutes after my appt I called from the parking lot. Waited on hold for 10 minutes before I could speak to anyone. They said oh, that does not apply to people coming in for shot. It's now 20 minutes past my appointment. Did they prioritize me to get my shot because of the mix up. No. They treated me just like I had walked in late and I got out in the wait que. horrible. Called the main office and asked them to update the message to make this more clear to new customers. It's been over 2 months and no change. My suggestion was ignored. My most recent experience was calling to cancel an appointment. Waited 10 minutes on hold. The. Hung up and chose the option of you are calling from a doctors office. Picked up on first ring. I was then told this was an emergency line and cut me off mid conversation and transferred to the main line to starting all over again in the queue. Called back the "calling from dr office" option and she picked up again. Told me she could not talk to me. INTERESTING TO ME THST THEY PRIOROTIZE DOCTORS CALLING BUT THE PAYONG CUSTOMERS ITS OKAY TO WAIT IN ANPHKNE QUE. Called the main office and spoke to a supervisor. She indicated that they are short staffed having a hard time hiring people which I understand. Interestingly this issue does not affect the phone line for other doctors offices calling in. It is clear to me that this office does not appreciate or prioritize its paying customers. The experience has been horrible. So I would absolutely not recommend this CAAC. It's feel too much like a n assembly line and I feel like a cattle waiting in line for the feed trough. I do not get the feeling that they appreciate my business and I do not feel like their primary focus is on the patient experience. They do, however, put a lot of value on other doctors calling their practice. That is clearly high priority for them. I myself am looking for a new place to get my monthly shots. I just will not spend this amount of out of pocket money to be treated in this manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
