I arrived here for my scheduled appointment at 12:45 for a simple check up. They brought me to the exam room right away since the clinic was empty, and told me the doctor will be in shortly. 1h30mn passed and i was still sitting in the exam room waiting, confused as to why the clinic is empty but still is taking the doctor 1h to see me. I finally get tired of wasting my time so i go to the front desk and ask them for an update. And they look at me say “ we don’t have a doctor on site” Not only nobody had the decency to tell me that there was no medical provider there to see me, or at least let me know if i would like to wait. my appointment was scheduled, they should’ve been found a doctor by then. Absolutely waste of time, there’s only Medical Assistant in this clinic. You’re better off going to AFC urgent care.

They billed the wrong insurance company when I got a covid test 3 years ago and just tried to come after me with the bill and pay $600 out of pocket. Gave me a hard time when I told them to take it up with the insurance company I used back then. Their billing office also doesn’t answer the phone. You need to leave a message and they’ll call you back despite it being a business day at 1pm. If you miss their call too bad. Luckily that gave me the opportunity to get everything in writing via email.

I went to docs Medical in Monroe. I saw Dr. Marshall. I told him that I have a pre-existing lung disease. And that I have been diagnosed week before with an upper respiratory infection, I told him I felt like I was having a really hard time breathing but the numbers on my pulse ox meter it didn’t look too bad. He tapped me in the head and told me it was all in my head. He was training two other doctors at the time and I can’t believe they didn’t say anything. Three days later I was hospitalized for double pneumonia and sepsis. I was hospitalized for a week and then had to have Home Care for another two weeks for IV antibiotics, I have repeatedly for months going back-and-forth with Docs complaining about this and saying I shouldn’t be charged for being humiliated and insulted. They continue to build me and have since sent my bill to collection. Whenever I call to complain, I get rerouted to all different offices and never get any help. I finally paid my bill and pennies this place is ridiculous. I wouldn’t use it.
