Well doctors and nurses are SO kind and helpful and very respectful to be honest. They show you how much they care and listen to your health concerns. Now on the other hand the front desk the woman who works at the front desk is just mean and rude and does not care about customer service. It’s just ugly Please fix this. Thank you

DO NOT USE ONLINE CLINIC I had a health issue recently and tried to use the online clinic where you meet a medical professional to help diagnose your problem. I just waited 20mins because they were late for the appointment only to tell me that I have to go for an inperson visit.... This useless terrible experience cost $200...
