The staff is amazing They’re extremely helpful and they always answer all of my questions

I went to the wrong on but realizing that I was disabled and would need to take the bus to the other they saved my day and accomodated me at Corbins.

It was clean professional. The main thing I liked that they did not have me wait too long. I was there to get a Covid test and wait and receive the results for my job requirements. The only thing I would say that is not mentioned online is that once you get there sign in regardless if you have appointment or not.

Location was convenient. The staff was pleasant. Computer systems had issues. The same information I entered while registering was asked by the receptionist when they texted me for the Covid 19 evaluation. Waste of time since computer systems do not communicate with each other. Furthermore they need your credit card in case your insurance does not pay. They do not take Mastercard from CITI the only one I had available.I did however get my test results within 15 minutes.

Entire staff was super friendly and informative they treated me like they new me for years. Thank you to the staff 🙏

I had a very horrible experience at this location. I arrived for a walkin COVID test signed in as directed and was one of the first people at the location. After finding out the suggested wait time I asked one of the lady nurses if the wait time was accurate which she then proceeded to respond to me with attitude and aggression. I decided not to be of “bother” to that individual and began to sit back down. Moments later I noticed a gentlemen and another lady and her child who were there for the same reason and also walk ins then get taken in. I assumed they had appointments but they then told me they didn’t they were walk in’s. I got up to ask another nurse that was working a guy this time who then told me if you’re a walk in just go out to your car I’ll text you in 15 minutes. As I’m sitting in my car all of the walk ins that came in after me are all going in and out of the location. I then witnessed another person of color be turned away i got out my car and I asked what they were told and the lady said she was told to sit in her car and wait for a text as well. One and half hours later I still haven’t received my test and we’re still waiting. I’m very disappointed and hurt by my experience and I’m hoping it isn’t a racial thing but I must say I’m not sure why I had to wait so long still not to receive service and then feel like it’s due to the color of my skin. I will never advise anyone to go here or will I ever return.

This place is a joke as they have no patients inside getting paid for warming the chairs and just tell you sorry no walk ins accepted. Even tho they’re completely empty and sitting on their phone joking.
