Dr. Factor is great!! He did a series of tests to get to the bottom of what was going on with my allergies. Gave me two prescriptions that I’ve never used before. After about a little over a month, since my allergies were in such bad shape, I started to feel better than I have felt in a very long time. Would definitely recommend.
Doctor has personality of a toenail and staff is about as useful as gum stuck to my shoe. Person or team that handles prescriptions does so at a pace where i can almost get a degree in biochem and pharmaceutical and make the drug myself before prescription ever makes it to the fax machine. 10% the person who picks up the phone has an IQ in the double digits and even then they wont actually know or do anything. Pathetic disgrace of healthcare, could not be worse which is at least amusing and impressive in its own right.
Dr. Factor made my daughters visit comfortable and easy. He worked with her to come up with a treatment was so nice to work with. He is also my doctor and I would highly recommend him!
Very cold demeanor; didn’t explain much. Felt rushed. Don’t bring your kids.
I drove 45 min. after scheduling an appointment for a suspected alcohol allergy. Once in the office, Dr. Factor explained to me that their office does not perform alcohol allergy testing and it was probably a sensitivity. I was in his office for no longer than 5 minutes and was still charged for a 30 min. appointment. Once I call the office to ask if they would waive the visit fee, he said he felt it was the appropriate charge for the visit.

Failed to diagnose my precursor blood disease despite my abnormal immunoglobulins being flagged by the lab for 6 + years. Shocking and horrifying that an immunologist would ignore abnormal test results, fail to notify his patient, and recommend an oncology program where his patient could be screened for cancer. When I didn’t hear from Dr. Factor after my abnormal numbers had doubled ( after 6 + ) years, I was desperate to get care and another physician ( this was not his field ) pulled strings to get me formally diagnosed in a cancer center. ( smoldering multiple myeloma which can advance to the deadly and incurable multiple myeloma ) I suffer from PTSD brought on in part by Dr. Factor’s ignoring my bloodwork . I am now in a clinical trial, receiving immunotherapy and praying that my disease does not progress. Dr. Factor deserves 0 stars for complete lack of care.
Failed to diagnose my precancerous blood disease - despite the lab flagging my immunoglobulins as increasingly abnormal and out of range for 6+ YEARS ! Shocking and horrifying that an immunologist does not pay attention to or tell his patient that their test results are abnormal , order additional tests, or refer a patient with a precancerous blood disease to an oncologist. I ended up diagnosing myself. I discovered and am enrolled in a clinical trial for smoldering multiple myeloma in the hopes of delaying the progression to the deadly and incurable cancer of multiple myeloma . I am suffering from PTSD as a result of Dr. Factor’s unconscionable negligence of my condition. Deserves 0 stars for lack of care.
My daughter was born with several medical which went un-diagnosed for years until we visited Dr. Factor. He took the time at the end of a busy Friday to run a battery of tests to find out why she had so many serious allergic reactions. My daughter's allergies are under control now with medications. Dr. Factor took the time to answer questions and helped her deal with critical health events. He is a caring physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
