Most unprofessional office, I have been waiting 7 days to get my results from an abnormal scan i had, I have report from my chart, but cannot interpret the findings. I have called 3 times, they say a nurse will call me, I ask if the Dr will phone me, my answer "the Dr does not give results". I am still with no phone call 7 days later. I spoke to an acquaintance, who use to work there, she stated get out of that practice, they dropped the ball numerous times with her family member. Unprofessional, rude, and purposely misleading, if your loved one needs a cardiologist seek treatment somewhere else.

I went in for a lab procedure here in 2019. The office said they would call to give me my results or schedule a follow-up appointment to have them explained by Dr. Borkowski. I called monthly for 6 months asking for my results or for a follow-up appointment, and the only response I got back was "the doctor will contact you soon." After no call from the doctor, I gave up. The only correspondence I got from the office was regarding my bill. Both the doctor's nurse and also the billing department told me not to pay the bill until the doctor called to read me my results. Finally, almost a full 2 years later I gave the office a call after receiving a final notice on the bill. Mind you, still no results from a procedure 2 years prior. A nurse told me she "thinks my results look normal." Still, no word from the MD himself or an offer to come in and have my results explained. That was the only correspondence I got, a nurse saying she THINKS my results are normal. Overall, terribly unprofessional office as a whole. I wound up having to get the test performed again somewhere else. After 2 years of trying to get results from a test I paid for, they gave me nothing. I would not recommend this office to anyone, especially if you are looking for doctors that genuinely care about your health.

You're going to wait. A long time. Know that going in. You may receive a blank stare from the admin staff when you try to check in. That's what happened to me: I gave them my name and she retorted, "There's no doctor by that name." Um, yeah. I went here yearly over the course of two years but have not been back.
