Inaccurate Covid-19 testing site. Providing negative results to confirmed positive individuals.

Scammers who call claiming they received MY inquiry about their services. I have NEVER communicated with them, particularly since I moved out of CT 2 years ago and never lived in the West Hartford area. If that's the way they get business, I hope they fail quickly.

Ok first this place has a high turnover and I wonder why? 2nd not all the staff seem to have a background or training to counsel people about healthy eating/ nutrition.  It takes more then learning the medi plan to be able to help and guide people with losing weight. 3rd they advertise it's a medically monitored program. They have medical assistance who take your vitals. I saw a Nurse virtually when I stared but not since.  You can't claim medically monitored with no nurse or Dr ever seeing patients

No comment on the weight loss services but you should know that this waiting room doubles up as a covid rapid test center, so while your waiting in the waiting room, you are exposed to potentially patients who are waiting for their covid results

It works! The staff are excellent. I’m looking forward to finally reaching my weight loss goals.

This was a great program for me. When I was in it I was losing weight quickly. All the staff were professional, kind, and caring. If it wasn't for the billing department I would have kept going. Unfortunately they cashed many checks and did not apply them to my account, they've been paid twice for a couple visits and want to get paid again, and I have a very difficult time getting through to anyone via phone call, email, or text. If I do get ahold of someone, I'm told they will follow up and then I never hear anything. I don't even know what to do because I have copies of all the cashed checks and they still say I owe them the money.

This place is awesome I think this is the most safest way to lose weight

Up until today I loved this program because my husband and I lost a lot of weight. During our visits we were given the option to receive weekly Vitamin B injections which we refused because we take daily vitamins that have the Vitamin B that we need. Tonight at our appointment we were told that from now on not only were the weekly injections mandatory, we have to pay $30 a week out of pocket that is NOT covered by insurance ...That is $60 with my husband and I plus our copay putting this to $110 a week OUT OF POCKET!!! I was also told that Medi won’t bill the insurance company for said shots RED FLAG PEOPLE!!!! Plus , we have to come 2 times a week to receive said injections. Medi claims that this is an essential part of maximum weight loss. I have issue with that because I have never received a B injection but I lose on average 4 pounds a week. What is the value of this shot if I’m losing the weight and am taking daily vitamins with B Vitamins enough for daily requirements? This is a scam to try to take as much money from trusting people who want to lose weight. I will be contacting Department of consumer services to file a complaint against this company. Unreal!
