Very unprofessional and hung up on my face while trying to make appointment to come in, do not care about the patients or there needs! Currently looking for a new doctor and I don’t think she cares for people of color.

Cold, dismissive, unresponsive in following up on diagnostic test results, or providing necessary information for setting up appointment with a specialist. Wish I'd left sooner.

Kept saying she can't help me, told me to see my regular pcp. I asked why she fit my appointment in to see me if she didn't think she could help me. she responded I didn't want to see you, you booked me. Then implied I be institutionalized for mental health. This treatment is what I got for diarrhea, fevers and brain fog.

Unkind and walked out. She went out of her way to say offensive things to me. Didnt make eye contact with me, and had a shocking lack of concern.

Staff and doctor are unresponsive, even if you beg to speak with someone they do not call you back. Worst ever

If I could give a zero star rating I would! I'm so disgusted on how I was treated! The staff was great but the Doctor personally she was horrible. I recently moved to CT I needed to establish care. I was recommended to come to this facility from the insurance. Oh man do I regret ever going to this place. First off I was not greeted by the Doctor I saw. She just sat down started to ask about my medications. She immediately wanted to make changes to my medications without even reviewing my records! I told her I was seeing speacilist for certain things. She totally disregarded what I said ignored the fact I told her I was having pain. Didnt ask me if I had any concerns or other questions. Told me okay your all set I'll see you in a year. I'm like what no way you didnt even give me anything or do anything to me. One thing at a time that's what she said to me. I found it very rude and disrespectful I wasnt asking for medication I just wanted to be herd and for her to give me her opinion. I would never recommend her to anyone nor will I ever go see her again. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a Doctor before. She seem rather bothered by seeing me and it was just the 1st time. Be aware of seeing this Doctor please.

Excellent first experience with Dr. And office.

I had thoroughly researched what I felt was needed for my travel to South America prior to my visit to this facility. Dr. Carley covered all areas of concern and identified others. This was completed without me providing any of my research. I was able to quietly acknowledge her thoroughness and fully understand everything that she discussed. Everyone on the staff beginning with appointment calls, check-in, examinations, procedures, and followup calls have been exceptional.

Very cold. Doesn't seem to worry about symptoms or past treatment, doesn't seem to listen.
