The worst place to take your child.. they told upon arrival it would be 3 1/2 hours to see our child so we filled out everything on line then left thinking we had 3 1/2 hours to do and have a diner.. just as we set and ordered food at a restaurant to eat they texted us saying they were ready to see him. We rushed back only to sit in the waiting room for another three hours.. The staff was very rude and unhelpfu, it was just an awful experience!!

Took my 1.5 year old daughter twice ! First time they had a wait of 2 hours that was at 1pm when they open at 12 noon. I tried the following day went a little later in the evening 6pm to be exact 3 hour wait! Ended up going to CCMC urgent care in Farmington. Honestly I’m so disappointed in this urgent care, what’s the point of it being a urgent care if I can’t get any care!! Never will I every try again.

Great place my go to place to come for our kids issues. Unfortunately they no longer accepting hartford healthcares Aetna insurance. Bummer

Well worth the 45 minute Drive to avoid over crowded Emergency rooms and hours in a waiting room. This was such an easy process. Very clean, organized and professional. I’m so happy with the care my daughter received.

This was the best urgent care facility I’ve ever visited. The staff was professional, understanding, kind and reasonable. The Dr. we saw was amazing. He was so patient and kind with my child. I would 10/10 recommend this facility and will return without hesitation if need be in the future.

If I was rating the staff and doctors, this place would get 5 stars.If you don't want to wait an hour and A half to two hours, reserve a spot online before you go.My biggest issue is the check in process. It's only electronic through your cell phone. This is a major flaw. #1 it takes FOREVER especially if you have multiple kids. Second, if you have a phone that's extremely low on battery, you don't want to be wasting the remaining battery on a check in process that should not be electronic. You want to be saving it for the car ride or notifying your spouse of your child's condition. It also seems to not work properly. I checked in and kept getting a message that it was incomplete.I know it's 2022, but the company needs to change the check in process. What about grandparents who are guardians for small children that need care and don't know how to use or don't HAVE a smartphone? I won't be returning unless they change their procedures. It wasn't just a nightmare for me but it was clearly confusing and a nightmare process for many of the other parents.
