We had appointment today. we have nice reception from the front desk and Dr.

I went to see Dr. Varma this morning as a new patient and it was an overall good experience. The wait time in the front office was relatively short and the wait time for me to see the doctor was impressively short (my appt was also for before 8AM so thats likely why). Dr. Varma was very nice which made me comfortable, listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. Im very satisfied so far after my first visit. The front staff was also easy to work with.

I have been with this doctor for over 2 years and have only seen her one time! I have needed a doctor multiple times, but when Ive called she is never available. When calling with sudden extreme vertigo, I was told she could see me in two days. I went to walk in clinic. When I called with chest pains, she couldnt see me. Again, I went to a walk in clinic, then and ER. There were many more instances like this. What is the sense of having a doctor who overbooks appointments so badly they never have the time to see someone for an emergency. Is this what all doctor offices are like? Im shocked shes taking new patients because she certainly doesnt have the time to see her current ones.
