I got a staph infection after my ORIF surgery dr didn’t listen that I had allergy to metal. Tried to treat infection but it spread into metal and got worse from there. Removed metal plate and screws but the infection went into my bone dr told me I had osteomyelitis which was the truth I am happy to say that I stopped going to this dr and by miracle found a fabulous orthopedic surgeon that actually helped me 3 surgeries later the original ORIF fail I had a malunion and nonunion in my original fibula fracture causes by infection. Also complex reconstruction surgery on all ligaments and tendons . I am slowly getting better with another surgeon and finally my original fracture is healing after 3 1/2 yrs.

Dr. Walsh is an excellent surgeon and caregiver. I will only refer him to my friends and family for orthopedic needs.
