Very professional. Adept at explaining in simple terms the diagnosis, prognosis and pros and cons of different treatment options.

Very unprofessional, and lacks necessary experience to be interacting with patients. Was very condescending when speaking to my family. She also had great difficulty describing her proposed treatments, often relying on experienced nurses to translate her ideas to patients. There seems to be two kinds of health care professionals: those that have an innate sense of purpose, and those who are collecting a paycheck. Porto is in the later category.
