I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experiences (yes, multiple!) with Sam Murphy-Plaskon at New Beauty and Wellness. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with her sparkling personality and genuine warmth that immediately makes you feel at ease. She creates such a safe, welcoming space — one where you feel truly cared for, never judged, and always listened to. I wish I could add more stars than 5 because there truly is no limit to the amount of genuine love I have for both her and this gem of a spa in the heart of Westport. Be sure to pay them a visit at their incredible space, you absolutely will not regret it.

I absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel so comfortable, welcome, and cared for. Everyone is so friendly and professional, it’s such a relaxing and positive atmosphere. Sam was truly amazing! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained every step in detail, and made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and skill are incredible. I got filler and Botox, and she achieved exactly the look I envisioned. She checked in on me during the healing process and was there if I had any questions. I’m beyond thrilled with my results! I feel so much more confident, it’s truly made such a difference. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning! 💕

I had such an amazing experience at New Beauty Wellness! Samantha Murphy did my halo laser and she was incredible—so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. My skin already looks brighter and smoother, and I’m thrilled with the results! I could not recommend Sam RN more. I initially went in to see her due to bad Melasma, throughout my many visits with her my melasma has almost completely cleared up. Now we are on the journey to make my skin look great before my wedding next year. She is thorough, patient and very detail oriented. As a newer patient in the beauty and wellness field she has truly made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her!

I went to New Beauty 6 weeks before my wedding because my skin was breaking out and it looked red and inflamed, and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Sam helped me identify an ingredient that I was reacting to in multiple products I was using and worked side by side with me to get my skin fixed for the big day. She took such care with me and I’ll be forever grateful for how she helped me in crunch time for my wedding. She recommended treatments, new products to use, and streamlined everything I was doing. My skin cleared and has continued to improve, looking better than it ever has. I have since continued to see Sam for all things skin and face, and everything she does looks so natural. On top of being so knowledgeable, Sam is kind, caring, and fun to work with- I look forward to each appointment!
