I booked an appointment at this location for a IV drip because of the high reviews. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. My appointment was scheduled for 12:05 PM, but I wasn’t seen for over 45 minutes. No one explained the delay or informed me that I’d need to have a video chat with an off site nurse beforehand—which didn’t happen until close to an hour after my scheduled time. When the on-site nurse finally attempted to administer the IV, she stuck me multiple times and claimed my veins were “rolling.” I have blood drawn almost every other week and have never had this issue before. It was clear she lacked the proper technique or experience. The staff overall seemed disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional in managing appointments and patient care. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others seeking wellness or IV therapy services
