I am very grateful that Westport Urgent Care exists. My experiences there have been handled with efficiency, professionalism and care. It’s wonderful to know there is a medical team available to see you when you need care vs.when an office has a time to squeeze you in to their too busy schedules.

Wouldn't recommend going here for anything more nuanced than a paper cut. Truly. My experience ended with me being transferred to Norwalk via ambulance, and the ambulance driver apologized to me for how he witnessed the staff at WUC treating me.

A visit to an urgent care center is not normally a pleasant experience, but this was about as good as it could be under the circumstances. We arrived shortly before closing time. We were seen right away and the doctor competently sewed up my wife’s thumb and explained how to take care of it. All in all, a very professional and very pleasant experience.
