Dr. Kokkat is easy to converse with and is clear about procedures and expectations. I found his humor and ability to convey important information in a relaxed way comforting when discussing distressing topics. My routine procedure was fast and efficient. All of the ancillary professional staff were friendly, informative, and concerned about my comfort and understanding of procedures about to take place. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kokkat.

Less than personable staff, if not outright rude. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Little to no information or discussion about options for treatment and only saw the actual doctor immediately before procedure.

There has been nothing but problems with the staff here. Unprofessional to say the least. I've left 3 messages for Terri the office managor to call and I got ignored every time. When I needed my pills refilled they lied and said they never got a request when cvs sent it 5 times then on my check up visit the doctor told me to "GOOGLE" how to change. My diet. For the meds I was put on unreal stay away from this place. At all cost

This place isnt wahat it used to be the receptionist are rude and the doctors assistant is the only one i see when I told them i prefer the actual doctor to see me but it didnt matter and good luck asking for a refill because they will call it in when they feel like it not when you need it so please find yourself a better place for care because this is not it.

Dr. Kokkatt is great!!! The employees at the desk however are Rude and extremely disrespectful. My daughter went in there quite ill...she said the secretary was just rude to her. I find this happens a lot at doctors offices....you are all dealing with the public....if you can’t handle that ...then you honestly shouldn’t be doing that job.

Dr. Kokkat is a compassionate and skilled GI doctor. I have seen him for several years for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Bring your questions with you to your appointment. He will take the time to answer them all in a way that you will understand. He has been super patient with me and makes me a partner in my GI care.
