I had a very good experience at Hartford Healthcare in Norwich with Dr. Atef. I had very little wait in the waiting room and in seeing my doctor. Dr. Atef was very efficient and explained things well. He asked for my input and showed that he cared for me and my health. I look forward to my next visit.
