List of Eugene Michael Ciccone's Reviews
My husband ended up with a bone infection due to lack of help from other hospitals and doctors. We went to Windham Hospital and had Dr Ciccone as the infectious disease doctor. He was put on high dose antibiotics and followed up on exceptionally. While my husband ended up losing 2 toes Dr. Ciccone followed his case from Windham Hospital through the nursing home recovery and thereafter. I would recommend Dr. Ciccone and Windham Hospital. Also the Windham Hospital Wound Care was wonderful.
My father had visited Dr Ciccone due to an extreme case of Shingles... Dr Ciccone showed my father respect and dignity during the visit. Patience was also shown to the family while we took notes.
Would not recommend. Went for my first appointment with him. At first I was told he was running "extremely behind" although there was only one person in waiting room. Upon filling out the patient information form, I noticed a bunch of misspelled words on the form. It had another doctors name on it which was crossed out with Dr Ciccone's name handwritten underneath. I left before even seeing the doctor. His name on the door was typed on a piece of paper taped to the door. Does not seem legit.
Dr Ciccone is a very caring and thourough . He really listens to you when you are explaining your symtoms and explains the best possible route to take to take care of the problem. He is a great Dr. I highly recommend him. Michael Smith N.B.
In 95 he was at Hosp. for Special Care in N B . I was transferred there for rehab after T B I. Care was superb. Having the need for Gen. Practitioner last year I found him again. I waited 1.5 hrs for him to see me, unsatisfactory and very disapointed in the wait. I did mention it to him and he seemed unmoved. I took me 4 calls and a call from a doc in another office for him to give me results of tests. I think he's stretched too thin.
the worst office staff I have ever experienced. They are very rude and unprofessional , if you need to make an appointment don't bother calling they don't answer the phone you are better off going there.
I know Dr Ciccone was a patient and all I can say is he is WONDERFUL HE WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY FOR YOU FROM DIAGNOSTICS TO BLOODWORK TO ANYTHING YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH THIS DOCTOR I HIGHLY RECCOM YOU GO TO DR CICCONE
I was hospitalized due to cardiac and neurological complications of Lyme disease, and Dr. Ciccone was excellent - never "talked down," explained and updated very well, was open minded and extremely thorough.
He and his staff often have to see me when i have no babysitter for my 5 year old daughter they treat her like a princess and always take time out to really listen to whats going on not just hurry me out like some drs have in the past i have been a loyal pt. for 3 years and wouldn;t change a thing .i would wait 2 hours to see him knowing i will get excellent care
Dad was complaining about conistently long waiting times with this doc. One time he was left in exam room for an hour to wait & finally left, skipping appointment entirely. Went with him to most recent appointment and doctor did not seem to know my dad's symptoms or test results. Kept getting him confused with other patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
