Initial visit, she was very rude. I went to her because I was having chronic headaches and thought it might be sinus or allergies. Her assistant check my ears prior to her coming into the exam room and the first thing she said to me before SHE even examined me was "Why did you come to a ENT doctor?" (Where else would I start?) After looking up my nose and my mouth she stated that there was no evidence of allergies and that I needed to see a Neurologist. She recommended and ordered a Cat Scan. When I returned for the follow up visit, she told me that the Cat Scan confirmed that I did not have allergies but the scans had not been read for the brain. I told her that radiology said I should have results in 24 to 48 hours, she laughed and said, "Well, they lied." When I asked about a referral she told me that I needed to find my own Neurologist. What waste of time, I wish I have never gone to her. AND I STILL HAVE A HEADACHE!!!

Been very I'll for three weeks and seen two doctors who couldn't help. In two days since my visit with Dr. Allen, I am beginning to heal. Finally on the road you recovery. Very grateful, thank you.

Was very rushed and tended to talk over me, spent only 10 minutes for a new patient visit, didn't listen to my current concerns, questions, or to information about my previous care. I will not be returning.

My son is eight and she had put tubes in his ears, We were very scared cause we never had this done with any of our children she explained to us everything and kept us calm we knew our son Nicholas was in good hands with her she is one of the nicest people I have ever met !!!

She is absolutely fabulous with my son. He's been there for 2 different procedures and I have been extremely pleased. I recommend her very highly. She also has an office in Norwich, both offices are called "Eastern Connecticut Ear Nose and Throat".
