Dr. Cardenas is seriously the best doctor. He has great bed side manner and is always willing to help or respond even if it is not office hours. He has had to perform surgery on me twice with no complications. He has a very sweet staff and they always work you in and call you back within an hour.

This man is a horrible doctor. He comes off nice and acts like he is concerned but he could care less. He messed my surgery up and then had to go back in to fix it a year later. And he didn't even have the decency for me to wake up and him tell me what was wrong and what happen.(the mistakes he made) and had to fix during my second surgery. I recommend nobody goes to him if the want to continue having kids in the future.

He is a nice man, but forces his religious beliefs on you. Also, After explaining I had been extremely weak, and experiencing stomach pains after every meal he prescribed thyroid medication. I continued to get worse and went on to see another physician that discovered it was not my thyroid, but a serious bacterial infection in my stomach. In addition, I didn't feel he took my symptoms seriously or made an effort to get to the root of the problem before prescribing medication.

Dr Cardenas saved my life i was bleeding so badly and my blood count was so low i was almost dead another dr scheduled surgery a week later but i kept getting worse went to lourdes and they called dr cardenas in he immediatly took care of me done the surgery and i am alive today because of him. he is the most wonderful Dr in Paducah and now my daughter is pregnant and going to dr cardenas i owe him my life the other dr that refused to do my surgery for another week because that was her surgery day also called an was so rude to me and hung up on me so i am a Dr Cardenas fan all the way he is wonderful I love this man and recommend him to everyone
