The clinic was ready to close , doors already had been locked. However Dr Quinit-Moore saw me standing there coughing and wheezing. Too sick not to be seen by a professional but not sick enough to go to the ER. Dr Moore and her staff were gracious and patient. She did an exam and ordered me a Zpack and Medrol along with something for the cough. I soon started feeling better and was back at work shortly. Thank you Dr Quinit-Moore, thank you to her staff. You guys didn't have to let me in, but you did! And I was able to get the proper medications and back to normal quickly. As a nurse in a hospital I hate calling out, we are so tight staffed. Thank you all for taking the extra time to treat me. It's how healthcare use to be.

The wait time at the West Gate walk-in clinic was minimal. The staff was exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. The doctor did a very thorough examination and diagnosis with a follow-up prescription that I was able to get immediately, my pharmacy being in the same town. After being sick for six days and unable to engage my PCP, this was a very successful alternative. I am on the mend and happy to be well again. Thank you, HHC.

Clean and well organized facility. There was one patient in the waiting room when I arrived yet I waited for 2.5 hours (in pain) to see a doctor. Apparently some patients had appointments and the urgent care folks had to wait!
