List of Glenn Michael Siegel's Reviews
Generally brusque and more interested in proving you wrong than actual patient care and outcome. Have attempted to improve the relationship to no avail.
Dr Siegel prescribed a medication for me that causes major, irreversible hair loss, but he never mentioned that possibility to me. Months later, after I discovered that my hair loss was a result of his prescription, I politely told Dr Siegel that I was distressed by this, and wish he had disclosed this (apparently common) side effect to me.Dr Siegel responded in a belittling way, telling me Hair Loss is unimportant and doesn’t merit any concern from either him or me.Like many late middle-aged males, I work hard to stay fit and slow the appearance of “old age.” I find it impossible to believe that Dr Siegel had “no idea” (his words, not mine) that I would be troubled by an “inconsequential side effect.” Again, his words, not mine.Dealing with Dr Siegel is like dealing with an imperious third-world passport officer who is infatuated with the “power” his rubber stamp gives him over others, and is insistent upon being seen by others as indisputably “most in charge.” Stay away.
Extremely dangerous and arrogant doctor that almost caused my wife to become hypothyroid during pregnancy due to over treatment of Graves’ disease. He works for RVU which means he is paid more for visits and billing the patients insurance and it very clearly shows. Extremely unethical doctor who could have ruined our lives according to the OB Gyn
I've been fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Siegel since 2019 when I began dealing with complications from diabetes. Dr. Siegel got me on a track of improved, steady health, and has been willing to consider various alternative paths for living with diabetes. Gratefully (now due to my improved health) I only need to consult with Dr. Siegel a couple of times per year, and I feel fortunate to be under his care.
Knowledgeable and professional. Good staff and clean office.
Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and they just called me to reschedule and the only time they offered is 3 months from now. Also kept me on hold for 10 minutes.
Avoid if you are a woman. 6 years and did not listen to me once. If my symptoms stayed the same or 'only' got a little worse he called it a win. When I pushed for something different, he got annoyed and told me he had patients with real problems. Arrogant. Dismissive. Should not be working in medicine because he does not care about helping anyone.
I have been seeing Dr Siegel now for over 5 years for a thyroid condition. I don't understand these negative reviews. I have found him to be a caring and compassionate professional who takes his time to answer my questions. He is knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician. I also find that the office is well-run and efficient. It is a big practice so of course I have waited at times for longer than I would like. But when I go first thing in the morning, there is rarely a wait. I recommend Dr Siegel.
Wife had a horrible experience!!! When the patient knows more than you, then something is really wrong. In my opinion so-called doctor’s that have a standard “cookie cutter” answer of “it’s your diet and exercise” are falling back on a crutch because they either don’t care to put the time and effort into really HELPING people or they are inept. Thus is the case with Mr. (not doctor) Glenn Siegel. Further, patients know their bodies. They can tell when something is wrong and can usually articulate exactly what’s happening. Not listening to patients and having a rebuttal for patient’s insight to their bodies is ignorant and completely unacceptable. Perhaps if doctor’s were paid on the basis of patient care, diagnosis, and treatment we might be better off; however, on those principle’s Glenn Siegel would be homeless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
I would not recommend Dr. Siegel or the group. Does not call back, nurse is rude, and does not answer calls or emails. Good luck trying to have your meds filled. Communication system on a rating system of 0-10, is a 1.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
