Sarojini Kurra's Online Review Report Card

We have 2 young children ages 3 and 5, we have been at the practice with Dr. Kurra for 4 years now. She is caring, knowledgeable, thorough and very patient each and every time we have been there. She is open to delayed vaccination schedules and always answers any questions and concerns I have. She encourages me as a mom to follow my motherly instinct with my kids and if there is a concern, she feels it is always valid and address it entirely. I'm sad she will be transitioning to retirement soon, but have full confidence in the rest of the docs in the practice. I know we are all in good hands!

My husband was brining his kids to Doctor Pediatric office for 16 years. For our yongest 2 year old we wanted to be on delayed vaccination schedule and have 1 vaccine per visit and we already had done 7 vaccines. My son is staying home with me, so we did not want to give him all load of vaccines and wanted to wait untill he grows up a little. Last 2 visits our doctor was not able to see our toddler and we were seen by Dr. Kurra. She started to pressure us on vaccinations. She was almost aggressive and said that we needed to go every week and get few shots. We said that we will do all required vaccination but in a slower timemanner. Few weeks after our visit, we received a letter that we are kicked from the pediatric office because we don't want to vaccinate our kid. I so regret that we agreed to see Dr. Kurra. After all these years being a loyal patients and never had an issue - she made the office to kick us out!!!! We are looking for a new pediatritian now who will treat us with understanding. Avoid Dr. Kurra if you want a doctor who will listen to you and understand your worries and believes.

Dr. Kurra almost yelled at us amd behaved very aggresively pushing us to do all catch up vaccines as soon as possible. Having a crying baby on my lap was already frustrating plus doctor who forces us to do what we don't want to do for our baby. We said that we will do all required vaccination but slower. After this horrible appointment in two weeks we recieve a letter that we are kicked out of this pediatric office! I could not believe my eyes. Only 1 appointment with her and she kicked us out! Please stay away from her and go to more understanding and caring pediatrician.

Dr. Kurra is EXCELLENT. I am a nurse and I know EXCELLENCE when I see it. She is clinically competent as well as compassionate. My daughter and I love her!
