Hardly ever get to see the doctor. Really doesn't seem like anyone listens. I actually had a nurse laugh at me as i tried to explain an issue. I have been seeing Dr.Chi for about 4years. He constantly asked the same questions, like how i met my wife or got my last name. Spent more time talking about his life and stories about his son.They also kept losing my meds. Just a very frustrating experience.

Dr. Chi has been my personal physician for close to 30 years. Although I recently moved to New Jersey from Norwalk I would no think of changing. He takes time to discuss procedures and recommendations and answer questions and is always cheerful and friendly. I hope he never retires.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chi's for about 26 years. He is the BEST doctor!!!!!!...His knowledge, experience and philosophy are why I continue to be a patient. I would recommend anyone to him without hesitation!

On two occasions tried to give me meds I was allergic to. This was in my records and I reminded him twice. Refused to examine two areas that were very painful for several months. Left the room while I was trying to explain it. He just said exercise more and left with no examination. When I requested a different doctor with this group of about 28, I was sent a certified letter forbidding me to ever come to this group. When Dr. Chi was busy, they sent a nurse in his place without my knowledge or approval. O came to see a doctor, not a nurse. When I had an accident, a heavy object fell on my hand, and since I'm on coumadin it swelled up hugely black and blue. They would not see me even though there was still one half hour left of walk in hours. In fact, another doctor spent more time telling me they could not examine me than if they had just examined me. Some assistants do not wear rubber gloves while taking blood tests.
