Trying to get established with a Dr here is a joke. I was supposed to have my intake appointment today (which has been rescheduled 3 times since July) and to my amazement, I just received a voicemail telling me they were rescheduling for the 4th time. Cool, it’s not like I might need a Dr for any health conditions or anything… Please don’t waste your time here!

The treatment from the office reps to try to resolve a patients care is overly dramatic and not compassionate at all. My 7th doctor at this facility left, doctors or nurses never stay, and then when you call because you’re sick for that once a year, you have to come in and reestablish care with a new doctor that you will have for all of a year. I asked if I could do a remote or call apt to establish care with a new doctor but still come for my sick apt or even better can’t I just establish care at my sick apt, she said she would ask if I could do a phone or remote for establish care put me on hold and never answered me. They offered me a sick apt same day (today), which was great, but when I told them I couldn’t make it today due to WORK, they went back to the you don’t have a doctor and need to establish care and then tried redirecting me to a walk in, I literally begged them for an apt. There were a lot of dramatic sighs and “oh my’s” They told me I was obviously upset, and I told them I wasn’t upset at all, just sick and would prefer to go where all my records are instead of a random walk in, I said if they thought I was upset, they obviously don’t work with upset people. Another overly dramatic “oh my!” then Patty got on the phone very aggressively declaring they gave me an apt today and that was the end of it, I told her they didn’t give me an apt because I can’t come today and she yelled at me that she had been listening to the whole call, I had to remind her that if she was listening then she would know I can’t come today, she yelled at me I can come Monday at 3:30. Finally, thank you. Like what??? I was calm, calling in very sick and they were treating me like I was some off the wall character. I told them over and over I understand their SOP, but it’s not a patient’s fault that doctors keep leaving, I just needed help getting better and that I don’t have time for 2 separate apts. Dr. Lee was great! When I was assigned to her, she did a remote establishment of care and it was all of 10 minutes while I was receiving care for a sick apt. Some people just have what it takes to care for people and some don’t. I have been going here for at least 9 years and just because the assigned doctor left they treat you like you’re bothering them for care, they treat you like a stranger, like they don’t have your whole life medical records right in their database. They told me management would call to hear my grievances. Well now they can read them.

I'm someone that has SEVERE anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor due to a past experience years ago and I absolutely love this office ❤️ From the front desk staff to the doctor's and everyone in between they have been so compassionate and understanding about my anxiety and have made me feel as comfortable as I am at home. CHW Winsted office is the best doctors office I've ever gone to in my 40 years on this earth. I highly recommend you go here if your in need of a doctor especially if you suffer from anxiety when going to the doctor like me. Thank you to everyone at CHW Winsted office, you all are truly amazing folks and am very grateful I decided to give this office a try! 💕

Dr. Tiffany Cesca has been great since day one. She’s always straight forward with her diagnosis and extremely thorough. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions to get me urgent care and has always been hands on with my recovery.

Tiffany was amazing. She was caring, personable and spent plenty of time with me. She was able to address all my concerns and cared for me like I was her family.

So lucky to have found Dr. Tiffany Cesca! She feels like family. I always feel heard, seen, and cared for! Everyone at this practice has been so helpful, friendly, and positive. Always a great experience here.

I really like this place. Dr Lee is very kind and listens to you. The receptionists and nurses are all very kind and helpful. If anyone has an issue it's because of them and not CH&W

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The care however, was sub-par. The nurse practitioner was condescending, questioned me multiple times on if I was "sure" about what I already told her about my medical history because it wasn't usual. Her aide also did not do the necessary follow up after my appointment, I had to call myself. I was flabbergasted. I made the mistake of coming here because it was close by. If you seek precise medical care and professionalism and you have the insurance, go elsewhere!

Feel very special going back to Dr Lee after making bad mistake of leaving while she was on maternity leave so I have come back and I must say I am a bit much for her to handle so I am also on the behavioral health departments also. I just hope and pray I get better with your help xo thank you
