Get doctors that keep their scheduled appointment. I have been waiting 2 months to go to this appointment and they cancel on me. Yet they want me to keep my appointments or they threaten not renewing my prescriptions. You guy come in disrupting peoples routeens with their doctors. Close their offices and moving people who have had confidence in their doctors to doctors that could careless about you. When you call they tell you to go to the ER. You go and they do not provide the proper dosage of meds. Making the condition worst. Thinking to yourself thank god my appointment with my doctor is a couple weeks away. Mean while you are in pain just buying your time until the appointment comes. I have had the condition many times. One does of antibiotics would clear it out, That way when I went for my appointment it would be almost better. But now we will treat the pain with Opiets instead of the reason for the pain. I think I know when I get this condition well enough. Anyway I have to wait another week for treatment. I am well know for kidney failure. I also have a sinus infection, sore throat and other issues. All that can be treated and beginning to heal with the proper antibiotics. Thank you Hartford Health for putting me with a practice with rude nurses who should be fired. Doctors that don;t care. If you are out of the office then why con;t I be seen by another doctor in the practice. I never got an answer for that question. My other doc did that. He never turned me away or let me down. Unfortunately practices like this make you look bad. Thank you Michelle and Doctor Greeley. Glad you all can sleep at night. I sure haven't in a while. So sad what Health Care is coming too.

If you are considering surgery, an amazing cardio-thoracic surgeon, Sabet Hashim, MD., He recently performed bypass surgery on a family member and he is not only a great doctor, but a very nice person.

I was so impressed with this hospital, the patient care, the nurse to patient ratio on a. med surg floor 5 to1. The number of nursing assistants on the floor to help out. call bells were answered right away. The nurses huddled with the nursing assistants early in the morning so that everyone knew what the plan of care was for each patient thst day. I was also impressed with how the nurse and doctors huddle in the morning, and how if the nurses have an issue the doctors are right there. Hartford Hospital embodies a caring and family environment. The staff was amazing, and every patient I encountered had a smile on their face. I left there feeling I wish this hospital could be the example for others..

Communications, compassionate care, answering the phone...how's that for starters?!?

Let the doctors talk to their patients. Once when I called because I was sick I was told to go to an urgent care center. I love my doctor but it is getting harder to see him They are so rude and they lie to you. I was told that Medicare no longer cover annul wellness exams by a doctor -- it must be a nurse -- call CMS...it is not true.

Went to one of their walk in clinics for a nasal swab flu test and when the bill cane it was $900.00. How can you possibly justify that?

The Manchester walk in clinic refused to treat me this evening. I wanted to use my personal insurance but because I injured myself during the work day they claimed I needed a number. I insisted that I wanted to just play it myself they still refused treatment.
