I hate to give a 1 because the clinical staff were really great. The staff at check in, however, was disrespectful, argumentative and dismissive. They also seem to be unaware that there conversations are not private and can be heard by the whole waiting room. I asked a question about why another patients care was prioritized over my mothers. I didn’t really understand their answer because they kept saying the clinicians triage and decide but neither my mother or the other patient was ever met by a clinician. Any question I asked while looking for clarification was met with a dismissive comment. I went back to sit down and they continued to loudly tell me that I was choosing to not understand even after I had taken a seat and was not speaking. I could then hear them talking about me and my mother. When my mother was called into by a clinician, the first thing the check in staff say, and very loudly I might add, is “that one is angry” when I said no I’m not and tried to explain I was shut down. I again tried to speak and the staff member put her hand up and repeatedly said “bye”. These two ladies have no business working patients especially in an emergency room setting. My mother was in tears with the way they were speaking to me. They are a terrible representation of the care your clinical staff provides

Shouldn't even be called a hospital. Patients are not taken seriously. Been in multiple times. Sure, it's a nice building, but if you're not on the floor dying. You won't receive any help from them!!

Buyer beware. You will be billed for an EMERGENCY ROOM visit. If you go there for any minor illness or a covid test, you will NOT be informed that you are in an EMERGENCY ROOM. Instead, they will see you, do next to nothing, and bill you at the substantially higher rate for an EMERGENY ROOM visit.

My first time here , OMG I can't believe how awesome this place is , the people are so friendly.

Good since I've been a patient there but when I recently was there for a wellness visit they trick you by saying, "So how do you wanna do a colonoscopy by going through Cologuard or at the hospital?" instead of asking you directly if you want to do one. It's always the patients choice regardless of the age with someone and that should be remembered.

My husband went here over a week ago with breathing issues. They checked for covid and other viruses with a nose swab. They did absolutely nothing else. We were there for maybe 15 mins. They didn’t do a chest X-ray, they didn’t do any blood work, they didn’t even check his pulse ox level. If they had ran any of those test they would have known that his pulse ox was in the low to mid 80’s, he had a high white count and he had pneumonia in his lung. They sent him home. He was seen the at a different hospital and admitted for 4 days. The doctors there couldn’t believe that you sent him home the protocol you should have followed was simple and you didn’t do anything. Extremely poor treatment and it boarders on medical malpractice.

I saw a very competent PA yesterday. I read my test results this morning.on the portal. A non PA called me today with the results. I had expected the PA to call me. I had important information to share with Emily, the PA. I was told that to do so I would need to make an office visit or a Zoom appointment. I asked the assistant. for only three minutes of phone time with Emily, the PA. I was told that was not possible because Emily was with patients all day. She said she would reply the message to Emily and put me on hold. She returned to say she had relayed my message. I am more than disappointed because I wanted to dialogue with the PA about my issue. I protested that I was not entitled to speak to the professional, who had taken care of me. I was being directed to the Office Manager. I will be looking for another Medical Practice.

One star because I am unable to leave zero stars. Disrespectful, arrogant and dismissive staff and very unprofessional and dismissive attitudes. Don’t waste your time here if you need professional and courteous medical attention, go elsewhere. Recently took my 76 y/o mother, visiting here for the holidays, there with documentation of post surgical procedures having severe pain and they told her they were “regulated “ and could not prescribe pain meds for anyone which is not true, personally know of someone who was there just two weeks prior also post surgical who was in great pain and they helped that person with pain meds so versus my elderly mother sitting in a normal city sized ER for 6 to 8 hours in pain and uncomfortable we decided per that person‘s recommendation also to go to this location but what a mistake that was overall! Upon discharge they said they called her in a pain patch to CVS up the street so we went there and it was an over-the-counter pain patch! So they couldn’t even tell her personally, they told her something completely different to move her along! A retired nurse of 58 years turned away by her own kind, that’s disrespectful and discourteous. Why they had to act like they had called her in something stronger I don’t know but I found the entire situation disgraceful and depressing for her. Then the staff felt the need to go further by implicating me for something different but I will not get into that situation I just found them all very unprofessional and unkind with no people skills whatsoever.

Nice new building, opened Jan. 25, 2021. Drs. Office's on the second floor. And Emergency room on the ground floor, and a heliport for life star. There is also a charging station for electric cars out back. Quest diagnostics coming in April, 2021. I have been to the doctor upstairs, but NOT to the emergency room. Open 9am - 9pm only. P.S. I have now been to the emergency room. I took a friend in when he was disoriented. It seemed to go well, staff was friendly, and Dr was professional. ( Nov. 2021 )

The staff was fantastic 👏
