Dr. Dewitt is the best doctor I have ever seen. I have never met a doctor who has been so involved with seeing my own skin progress. I suffer from hypertrophic scarring, and treating it was something I never even considered since the process was so overwhelming. Dr. Dewitt encouraged me to start the process (I wouldn't have without her help) and has been with me every step of the way. She continues to make accommodations in her time and schedule for me every single time I go. I have always struggled to find a dermatologist that cares, but Dr. Dewitt exceeded my expectations. My entire family loves her so much. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. I cannot emphasize enough how kind she is to make so many accommodations. It really shows she cares. I can't recommend her enough. I have seen so much progress in my skin. She genuinely cares about all her patients.

If there were an option for ZERO rating, that is what I would give Dr. Dewitt! I had a telehealth appointment with her today and instead of getting on the call/video, she sent a resident (who did a great job by the way) and the resident informed me that the doctor is having technical difficulties, but is comfortable with what the resident advised. This is unacceptable.

Dr. DeWitt was amazing! Having been diagnosed with cancer in the spring, she really took the TIME to explain to me the link between my HRT options and her recommended treatment. Her scheduling coordinator, Kenyetta, was fabulous trying to coordinate our schedules! Dr. DeWitt is definitely worth the wait! Thank you to Dr. Megan Breen who recommended her😊

Dr. Dewitt is our family dermatologist for all things skin related. We are impressed with her knowledge and her ability to explain things in plain language, so we can understand what is going on. She is compassionate, caring, and professional. She is also very patient and easy to talk to. We give her the highest recommendation.

Dr Dewitt is very nice but management of the practice is extremely bad. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone except appointment line. Poorly run practice. Rx was sent to pharmacy was not accepted by the insurance as the person was not authorized to write a Rx. Even after trying for weeks - no results.

My pharmacy and myself have called SEVEN times to rectify the wrong dosage of Retin A prescribed. Their “nurse” stated “Your problem is your pharmacy, not us”. I developed a bad reaction of one of DeWitts prescriptions and no response, no response. This establishment is dangerous and Medicare will be notified. Sincerely, Lisa C RN
