I first went to Dr. Deng for a routine dermatological checkup. She discovered a melanoma I wasn't aware of, and it was removed promptly. I had a post-surgical complication which her office addressed immediately. I was also able to get a sameday appointment when I got a bug bite and had a reaction. She is very thorough, explains the procedures, and her office staff is professional and courteous. I have been seeing dermatologists for 30 years and have had never had a better experience - I have seen her about 10 times in the past 15 months and am very pleased with her.

I was referred to this doctor by my primary care physician. The initial wait time to even CONSULT the doctor was absolutely horrendous. Not only that, but even when attempting to contact the nurse, I was unable to speak with anyone! After the surgery I had returned for a follow up following an infection I had and the doctor was very short in answering my concerns.
