I was on time for appointment. Waited about 40 minutes in waiting area, 50 minutes in the exam room waiting for Dr. Poor receptionist had to eat lunch at the window with patients walking up. How unprofessional. Looking at hour and a half after appointment time to even see the Dr. (at least). This is definitely a bad first impression & I won't be back. The Dr. was nice when I finally got to meet him so I will do my follow up with him to get my test results at least.

THE WAIT TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS. We wait an hour every time for the doctor to come in no matter what time of day it is scheduled. I have been bringing my mother here for years & always have to wait such a ridiculous amount of time. Today the wait was 1 hour 15 minutes in the room for him to come in even though we had a 9am appointment. There has to be better scheduling practices or less overbooking.

Someone posted "Terrible. Very rude and condescending. Told me if I needed a heart transplant he would refuse it and let me die. I didn’t deserve it…" That posting reminds me of my last visit.

Outstanding, professional service by both the staff and Dr. Bertele! I felt as though I was a valued patient! I would recommend this practice to anyone requiring a cardiac specialist!👍👍😊

My father-in-law has been a patient of Dr. Bertele for 15 plus years and really likes him. I recently was seen by my family physician who detect something on my ekg. He recommended that I see a cardiologist and I thought of Dr. Bertele. When I mentioned Dr. Bertele’s name my physician said “Bingo” that who I recommend. Come to find out Dr. Bertele is my physician’s Cardiologist as well. I went to see Dr. Bertele today and I was impressed with him and his office staff. I will defineately recommend him to my friends.
