I suffered a fractured nasal bone and Doctor Singleton was sympathetic, professional, and efficient in treating me. His colleague Erica, Deborah are amazing as well. Their office is spotless and pleasant. Overall great experience.

I couldn't be happier about the entire process of getting my first procedure done! Dr. Singleton is outstanding - so kind and caring, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The procedure was easier than expected and the results are amazing - Dr. S is exceptionally skilled! I really appreciated his calm and reassuring bedside manner, and the fact that he clearly cared about me as a patient and what I was looking for - so different from so many plastic surgery clinics that are just impersonal factories. Deb, the patient care coordinator, was also amazing - she spent so much time on the phone with me during our initial phone call, and was so friendly and helpful. Overall, really a 10/10 experience.

Dr. Singleton is an excellent Plastic Surgeon. I met Dr. Singleton in the Emergency Room after falling and receiving a serious injury to my nose. My nose was broken and my left nostril was collapsed and required stitches. Dr. Singleton was meticulous in his application of the stitches and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The end result are two very small (hardly noticeable) scars. Based on what Dr. Singleton did and the advice he gave me for healing, the scars continue to lighten and will continue to lighten for the next three months. Given how bad it was, the results could have been 100% worse. When I need the services of a Plastic Surgeon I will definitely call Dr. Singleton. My advice to you, if you want a doctor who takes pride in what he does, Capital Facial Plastic Surgery is the practice for you.

Five stars and highly recommend the Capital Facial Plastic Surgery! I am so grateful that a friend found Dr. Singleton after an extensive research in DMV area. She and I had the same procedure recently and are very happy about our results. Not only Dr. Singleton is a great doctor, who is very attentive, walks through the steps of the procedure and answers all your questions/concerns realistically, patiently and calmly, but you also get a great patient care by his front office by Erica! They are a super nice duo, not pushy, just good people... I already sent many friends to them, and definitely will go back when the time comes :-)

Just had my daughter’s cast off from her nose. From the first consult to today has been nothing short of exceptional. Office staff is wonderful and Dr Singleton did outstanding work. Highly recommend for his professionalism, beside manner and surgical skills.

I recently had my first ever plastic surgery procedure done and from start to finish, everyone at Capital Facial Plastic Surgery has been amazing. I called several plastic surgeons in the area and Deborah was the only one who took the time to discuss the procedure with me in detail on our first phone conversation. They were able to schedule me for surgery quickly. Prior to surgery, Dr. Singleton explained everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel calm and comfortable. He was available on the weekend 24/7 immediately following surgery . Everything from the initial scheduling and payment to post op appointments have been great. All visits are included in the total payment and they are easy to reach and flexible when it comes to re-scheduling. Not to mention the best part, the results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Dr. Singleton and Capital Facial Plastic Surgery.

I had a deep plane lower face lift, fat transfer, and lip lift with Dr. Singleton. I couldn't be happier with my results! From day 1 to finish, Dr. S., his wife and office manager Erika , and patient coordinator Alisa were beyond stellar. Dr. S. is kind, caring, friendly, down to earth, but most importantly, highly skilled in his craft. The aspect I really liked and valued, is that he specializes in facial surgery and procedures. That was a big plus for me. To conclude, I highly recommend Dr. Singleton, 100%.
