It took far to long to just tell me I had a virus. My friend and I checked in around the same time (10:30) with similar symptoms. Our initial screenings found that he had something more serious so was of course he was seen sooner and discharged just after 2PM. I, however, waited for hours between each stop, triage, ex-rays, consultation... as was not discharged until just after 5PM. I felt bad that he had to sit there 3 am additional hours...and 15 minutes :(

Underwent an elective radiology procedure as sn outpatient. Everyone I interacted with were very helpful and skilled.

Avoid Nurse Carleen in the neuro unit if you can - she went missing for 3-4 hours at a time and even the Neuro desk said they hadn’t seen her. She claimed she was on break - for 3 hours? The front desk repeatedly called her to no avail. She was extremely rude. Ended up here via an ambulance. The emergency staff were good despite being very overstretched. The neurologist took about 12 hours to get there, so that was pretty miserable. He was very good though - Dr Becker. My nurse was absolutely awful - Carleen - the worse I’ve ever had - missing for 3-4 hours at a time and no one could find her / wouldn’t answer her phone. Kaya - the Neuro desk coordinator was AMAZING. Kind, thoughtful, went out of her way for everything? Do I recommend it? Maybe. But not the aforementioned nurse.

My daughter is currently in the ER waiting room in excruciating pain and is still in the waiting room and it’s been 5 hours. A 5 hour wait in an ER before you even get a room or treatment of any kind is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe I’ll update this review if things change or if the wait extends to 6+ hours in the waiting room. UPDATE: 6.5 hours in the waiting room, but thanks to a VERY kind nurse named Bronwynn I am changing my review from 1 stars to 3 stars. Thank you so much Bronwynn. Also kudos to a tech named Jeremy.

Emergency room is BY far the worst hospital I've been to. Will never go back. I was there for 8 hours for a xray and blood work. That's ridiculous! And didn't even see a doctor. Some nurse came and said "Oh yeah you are cleared to discharge".

Fantastic! That morning, I called to see about moving the appointment up to an earlier time. While that was not possible, I arrived earlier than necessary and was done before my scheduled imaging appointment time. Ms M was great! Metered parking was also readily available in the opposite side of K Street.
