Dr. Baldwin was my endocrinologist at NYU, she probably is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She did the best thing as to leave N.Y. The health care system and their doctors are not what they used to be, with that said, there are a handful of doctors who really care about their patients and Dr. Baldwin is one who dedicates herself and wholeheartedly cares about you. I really miss her. Since she left NYU, we are not getting the proper healthcare. The doctors who took over for her are just NOT Dr Baldwin. I am hoping that she will contact me.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 2 MONTHS BEFORE AND WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HER, HER ASSISTANT OR FRONT DESK OR WHOEVER CALLED ME LITERALLY DAY BEFORE AND CANCELLED IT AND TOLD ME TO RESCHEDULE IT, THEN I TRIED TO RESCHEDULE IY AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO REACH OUT TO THEM AND ACTUALLY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS CALLING AND SOMEHOW THE LADY ON DIFFERENT FLOOR WAS PICKING UP THE PHONE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THEM AND OF COURSE, IT NEVER HAPPENED, THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORST.

Dr. Baldwin was more than accommodating of my needs as a patient. One of the best Doctors i’ve ever had, she made me feel like my case was a priority and that she thought about it often. She was also very helpful with explaining my conditions to my family members and making us all feel safer and secure knowing that we are in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone.
