I could not ask for a more attentive, honorable, well minded, and respectful doctor. If I could build the perfect ophthalmologist, I would still end up with Dr. David Belyea, his efforts to save my sight are deeply appreciated.

My spouse and i recently had our cataract surgery skillfully performed by Dr. Belyea. He was very competent, and prepared us well for it. What really impressed us the most was his caring nature. He brought tea with a piece of ice after the surgery so can drink it easily. When my pressure went down a bit the next day when bandage was removed he handled it very skillfully and even bought me coke to ease my nausea and explained why it happened and made me feel comfortable. We both trust him, and recommend him very highly for others.

I had a referral to your office have been trying to make a appointment for now over two hrs there nobody answers the phone and when do the they put me on hold and never come back I don’t understand this.

Dr. Belyea recently performed cataract surgery on me. The whole process from my first appointment to the last was handled professionally and with competence. But I especially appreciated the man who did the surgery (Belyea) handing me a cup of coffee as I entered post-op. I just thought that was a humble move for a man of such renown. I'll never forget that.

The best experience with an ophthalmologist. Absolute professionalism and competance. My dad had an ongoing problem after several unsuccessful operations by another surgeon. Dr. Belyea solved the problem.

Dr. Belyea has monitored my glaucome for years. He is an outstanding physician and surgeon. He has operated on both of my eyes and has saved me from any loss of vision. The entire GW Dept. Of Opthalmology is excellent.
