I have been trying to et an appointment for the last six months and the day or week before my appointment her office calls to cancels. I am frustrated with GW as well as this system and the doctor. The lack of customer services is ridicules. I called today to get appointment rescheduled because I never received the follow-up call and they are scheduling be for Jan 27th 2020. I will be looking for a new provider at this time.

Dr Bluhm is smart, knowledgeable and concerned physician & researcher. I notied the negative comments about her. GW/MFA has, in general, an excellent medical staff, physicians and nurses & PAs, etc. the clerical support staff is abysmal. that is an artifact of the Washington DC labor market.

I waited 2 1/2 hours. was given no reason -- expect when a staff person said "if you are an existing patient, you know what her schedule is like" I will no longer be her patient, I deserve better. Don't make my mistake.

I waited 2 1/2 hours for my 2pm appointment. No apology for the delay. When I asked after 2 hours, I was told "if you are an existing patient, you know her schedule." I will no longer be a patient I wasted sick time. I told time out of my schedule ans was treated with disdain. Don't make my mistake

Dr. Bluhm is an outstanding Doctor. Because of my medical history I am a frequent flyer. In the past 50 years and countless medical plans I have not seen the skill set she brings to the table from other physicians. It's always a pleasant visit and at the end of the day you feel you have received the best care. I have been her patient for over 2 years.

So happy I found Dr. Bluhm - I’m a previous patient with One Medical Group and after they no longer accepted our health insurance I was worried about rejoining a traditional doctor’s office again. I had to wait a few weeks to get my initial appointment but it was worth the wait. The entire office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and although there’s usually a half hour or so wait before I’m seen, Dr. Bluhm is extremely engaged and spends the appropriate amount of time with each patient. She’s also extremely prompt with follow ups and makes herself easily accessible via the patient portal. Also there are a few walk in urgent care clinics affiliated with the medical group in the area so it makes it easy to get a same day appointment if necessary. Highly recommend!
