Mary Center services have diminish after COVID lockdown! I had an encounter with a sneaky backstabbing doctor! I feel like our relationship was on a personal level than a doctor and patient relationship! Your doctor supposed to service your medical needs! It seems medical services after COVID lockdown is all about a doctor making money off a patient! If the doctor can't make any money off you then you don't get the service you need!

This is THE WORST doctors office I have ever been to. The office did not even bother to tell me that the PCP I was seeing left the office. The customer service reps in the appointment department seemed clueless as to why they could not get in touch with my former PCP. The office never answers the phone, I recommend avoiding care from this facility.

i feel so disapointed at the mary center at Georgia ave nw washington dc! This janitor Was so agressive at my 4 year old child inside the bathroom and yailed at him like if she was his mom, He went to the bathroom with his cousin and he came out crying his cousin told me what happend.. Never happend before and this happend at 12:15 pm 07/07/2022. Not a good person to be working there plus rude with kids no way, wont be going back.. thats very disrespectful !

Awful place, I had to wait for long time to get an appointment , I told the scheduling staff I am 8 weeks pregnant need of prenatal visits, to my surprise when I went at time of my appointment they told me they scheduled me with social worker which I didn’t ask ( he was very rude and an professional) . I was confused and asked I asked to be seen by a doctor, the front desk told me they don’t have a doctor to see me and she scheduled me for another month. It was completely waste of time. Stay away from this place!

Soy paciente de este sitio por más de 20 años antes muy lindo servicio el mejor de todo Washington hasta recientemente hace pocos meses el servicio está siendo de muy mala calidad con personal tan unprofessional en todas las ramas desde recepcionistas hasta doctores ya no hay esa calidad de humanos que tengas a hoy en día solo como paciente eres un número más sin importar que seas humano como cualquier de ellos no se en que momento se ha convertido en un sitio sin principios espero que esto mejore o pasara a ser otro lugar del montón qué hay sin reputación.
