Awful place, I had to wait for long time to get an appointment , I told the scheduling staff I am 8 weeks pregnant need of prenatal visits, to my surprise when I went at time of my appointment they told me they scheduled me with social worker which I didn’t ask ( he was very rude and an professional) . I was confused and asked I asked to be seen by a doctor, the front desk told me they don’t have a doctor to see me and she scheduled me for another month. It was completely waste of time. Stay away from this place!

Soy paciente de este sitio por más de 20 años antes muy lindo servicio el mejor de todo Washington hasta recientemente hace pocos meses el servicio está siendo de muy mala calidad con personal tan unprofessional en todas las ramas desde recepcionistas hasta doctores ya no hay esa calidad de humanos que tengas a hoy en día solo como paciente eres un número más sin importar que seas humano como cualquier de ellos no se en que momento se ha convertido en un sitio sin principios espero que esto mejore o pasara a ser otro lugar del montón qué hay sin reputación.

I have been a patient here since a little baby, literally. I have never experienced unprofessionalism from them until recently. Med record department is the absolute worst, they do things their own way and never seem to answer the ducking phone. I have tried countless times to contact them and even left at least 20 voicemails but no call back.

Very bad customer service, you have to wait for more than an hour, it’s very hard to make appointment with your dr because they always tell you there is no available space… this is the worst place I wouldn’t suggest this place specially for moms...they will cancel your appointment for no reason

this is ridiculous, I have been a patient of this clinic for many years but now I am kind of disappointed I have been trying for last past two months trying to make an appointment and they put me on hold for 40 minutes to an hour we don’t have time for that’s I guess I have to look for another provider.

Que mal servicio tengo una semana queriendo hacer una cita para mi y no contestan hasta una hora y nada por eso cambie a mis hijas por el pésimo servicio.

They are pretty slow because the front desk staff makes minimum wages and the HR director makes as much as a surgeon. This is not a non-profit clinic that cares about its patients.

They are not helping with my father’s health insurance at all.

The scheduling process with this place was so completely chaotic that I ended up canceling my first appointment when no one had contacted me a half hour into when the appointment was already supposed to have started. When I called initially, I was hung up on twice before I was scheduled for the earliest appointment a month later, which I understood would be in person. Yesterday, I was called and told my appointment would be by phone, or that it could be over video if I wanted. As a first-time OBGYN patient, I said I would prefer video to be able to interact more directly with my doctor. They said they would send me a link by text message to the video platform. Then this morning I was called by another person who had no record of that request and said I would get a phone call, then changed that upon my further request. 10 minutes had passed since the time my appointment was supposed to start and I had still received no information, so I called to see what was going on. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes (30 minutes into when my appointment was supposed to start) and talking to two separate people, I was told there is actually a two hour window for appointments that I was supposed to have been told about previously. At this point, I cancelled both this appointment and the follow-up I had scheduled and am very annoyed to have taken off work for this thoroughly chaotic and disappointing process without even having seen a doctor.

Mary Center is the worst. My father has been out of his insulin. The pharmacist and my sisters have reached out to Mary Center several times, 9 times to be exact trying to get a prescription for my father's insulin. We were unsuccessful. We couldn't speak with a triage nurse and the central scheduling office informed us that they cannot give us the triage nurse or his primary care provider number. We were told they would send messages to the nurse and doctor. This has been going for 6 weeks. We still have not received any prescription for his insulin.
